Our COVID-19 Updates

Ensuring safety protocols

Dear our beloved clients,

Thank you so much for your patience during our reopening plan. We appreciate everyone’s loyalty and support, we cannot express enough gratitude to those whom are being advocates for all our local businesses. We hope you and your loved ones have been safe and healthy since we’ve all been dealing with the unfortunate events of COVID-19.

We are super proud that the curve in BC has slowly been flattening and continue to strive to practice proper guidelines and safety protocols in order to protect our loved ones.

Without further a due, we are extremely excited to announce we will open JUNE 1st, 2020.

A lot of changes will be happening in our salon to ensure the safety and minimize risk of transmission.

Need to know’s BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please fill out our COVID-19 waiver form. All appointments will be required to fill the waiver prior to the appointment. Waiver is included when making appointment on our online booking system.

Our waiting area has been removed, all pre-booked appointments are to wait in their vehicles or outside (while maintaining social distancing) until contacted by the salon to enter the premise. Please come alone.

Please sanitize or wash your hands for at least 20 seconds upon arrival into the premise.

All stations, surfaces, chairs and tools will be sanitized (with Preempt cs20, cavi wipes, hand sanitizer, and hand soap) - all other supplies in between all appointments will be one-time use disposable items.

Absolutely no outside food or beverages.

Please limit the amount of personal belongings - bring only what is necessary.

All clients MUST bring/wear their surgical mask to and during their appointments. If you don’t have a mask, we will have a mask for you to purchase at a small cost. Anyone that refuses to wear a mask will be refused of service.

If you get chilly, please bring your own blankets as we will no longer be able to provide you with one.

Please try to use the washroom before coming for your appointment as we encourage minimizing traffic throughout the salon.

Arrive with no make up

Need to know’s DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please do not use your phone during your service. All belongings will need to put away into storage where the bins will be sanitized between every appointment. To decrease the risk of transmission, please minimize conversation during your appointment.

All stations have been spaced out of at least 6’ in order to respect physical distancing. We have minimized our appointments and artists throughout the day to comply.

For Your Information:

As most of you know, we have always practiced good hygiene and proper sanitization in between every appointment using only medical grade solutions from local agencies in order to ensure the cleanliness of tools, using disposable sheets, and majority one-time disposable supplies. However, our artists will be taking extra measures by wearing surgical face masks, face shields and gloves for the ultimate protection.

Making sure all our common areas and surfaces are frequently sanitized and wiped down throughout the day is our priority. All appointments have been spaced out 30 minutes in order to comply to all sanitization protocols.

All artists have taken refresher online salon sanitization courses and received certificates.

All artists will frequently thoroughly wash their hands in between every appointment and use sanitizer in between to reduce any cross contamination.

As the curve has continued to flatten, we have made adjustments accordingly to match the necessary protocols. We will continue to assess all situations and make sure to update and follow any mandatory health guidelines.

If you have not been feeling well, have had any contact with anyone that hasn’t been feeling well, or travelled outside the country in the last 2 weeks, we ask you to please stay home and we’ll happily reschedule your appointment in order to protect our community.

We thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation!

You have all been missed!

We’re so excited to see all your lovely faces soon.
