Arrive with NO make up on the eyes as it will require cleaning that will cut into your appointment

Avoid drinking coffee

Do not curl your lashes on the day of your appointment

Late arrival results in minimizing your initial appointment time – as a result we may not have enough time to get you to the set you desired

Lash fills are honored at 3 weeks, anytime after 3 weeks may be charged as a new set

Please prepare enough time for your appointment. Depending on the set you choose, your appointment may take anywhere up to 3 hours

Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours (including steam and sauna)

Do not use any oil based products around the eyes

Properly clean your lashes after 24 hours of your appointment (baby shampoo + water) & for any make up on the eyes, use oil-free make up/eye make up remover to clean off any residue daily

Refrain from using any gel liners or pencil liners – you may only use non-waterproof liquid liner

Avoid rubbing your eyes or pulling at your extensions, as they will pull your natural hair out and damage your follicles

For quality assurance and to keep your lashes fresh, book your fills within the 3 weeks
